We have skilled technicians available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. We attend to 99.5% of all emergency call outs within 3 hours, often significantly less. Our call centre and out of hours support staff promptly respond to emergency call outs efficiently and allocate the correct trades to suite the situation.
We have a team of dedicated and skilled maintenance technicians ready to take on planned and scheduled maintenance works, including void refurbishments, communal area works Etc. For many of our clients we work to the schedule of rates, working productively and proactively using our inhouse management system, which in some cases we are able to tailor to integrate with your own systems for working as seamlessly as possible with your team.
We work on construction and refurbishment projects ranging from erecting partition walls to external paving and walkways. We are able to see projects from concept to completion from start to finish with our skilled in-house teams and our broad range of approved contractors.
